Eligibility for Returns
To request a return or replacement:
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
Because products are created on-demand, we do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. Check our size guide before ordering.
Damaged / Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Proof (photo) is required.
Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the order could not be delivered due to incorrect customer address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Refunds (if approved) are issued back to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not support exchanges at this time. Customers may reorder a new size or item.
